Flanged - Wedge (Spider) Scaffolding System
Product features Installation and dismantling is done in accordance with your projects. Vertical elements are produced as standard 48*3 mm, horizontal elements 48*2.5 mm TSE certified, subjected to mechanical tests and produced from standard pipes.
The system is used as facade scaffolding or formwork scaffolding. It consists of vertical and horizontal elements. Connection points consist of flange, dovetail and wedge. Lower adjustment spindles are used to level the floor, and upper adjustment spindles with “4-way” and “U” heads are used to level the floor and beams. Vertical elements are produced as standard 48*3 mm, horizontal elements 48*2.5 mm TSE certified, subjected to mechanical tests and produced from standard pipes. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our productions. The system is painted with 2 layers of rapid paint, it can also be coated with galvanization upon request.
